Much more than just a culinary herb, Thyme has been used for centuries to treat a wide range of ailments. Fresh thyme made into a tea works wonders for fighting colds and is commonly used to treat respiratory infections. This perennial prefers full sun and dryish soils. Space plants 12” apart and cut back in the fall to encourage spring growth.
