Native to India, this beloved plant is a must have in every garden. Tulsi is an annual that produces wonderfully fragrant leaves and flowers until frost. Plants grow to 3 ft and should be spaced 12”-18” apart. Prefers full sun to part shade. This variety of Tulsi has purplish leaves and a woody stem. Makes a delicious stress relieving tea or tincture. Rama is the most common tulsi grown in India with a high concentration of volatile oils.
