I used to take this during the day time but, after doing some research, because my sleep was off due to suspected elevated cortisol levels, I decided to try and take this in the evening maybe 30-60 minutes before bed and it immediately helped me ease into sleep, and sleep through the night. I can’t say enough good things about this tincture!

This tincture really captures the vibration of Ashwagandha! I was feeling like my stress level was interfering with my ability to get through the day. I was scattered and ungrounded. I started taking a big dose of ashwagandha at bedtime in some warm oat milk and found I slept so deeply and woke up rested. This Ashwagandha and Milky Oats have saved me! I’ve found them to be more effective than anything else, including pharmaceuticals. “They sing to the plants,” I tell anyone who will listen. 😊 Not too many things in the world today that have the love and passion put into these pretty and powerful bottles of goodness.
