Anti-inflammitory rich perennial. This variety is used interchangeably with Arnica montanta but doesn’t need the high elevation, making it suitable for this climate. Plant in uncompacted soil and space 6-8 inches apart. Flowers are used for making an excellent pain relieving salve. Place in full sun and water regularly.
