This perennial beauty is a favorite among pollinators and people alike. Blue vervain can grow to 4 ft. tall and sends out stalks with the sweetest purple flowers. It needs full sun to part shade and likes 12”-18” between plants. This nervine relaxant makes a wonderful tea or tincture. Useful for anxiety, PMS and trouble sleeping. Soothing to the eyes, soothing to the soul!
