Gotu Kola is an ancient Ayurvedic herb said to increase mental clarity, impart long life, speed the growth of hair and nails and treat eczema. Gotu Kola makes an excellent tincture or if you can brave the bitter, eat a fresh leaf each day. Space plants 12-18 inches apart. Enjoys regular watering and does well in pots.
