This perennial ground cover creates a thick mat that can be mowed. Chamomile lawn anyone? Unlike German Chamomile, this Roman variety can be planted in the spring and will thrive year after year. This variety doesn’t produce as many flowers as the German variety but it’s much hardier and has all the same medicinal properties, making a delicious sleepy tea. Enjoys full sun and regular watering with a spacing of 8 inches. We don’t offer the German variety because it needs to be planted in the fall in our climate.
