When chewed, these delightful little flowers have a numbing effect and so has been nicknamed The Toothache Plant. Spilanthes likes full sun to part shade and well draining soil. This is a plant that really doesn’t like wet feet. Grows 12” high and 24” wide so give it some space. Spilanthes is a very useful annual to have in the garden and makes a wonderful potted plant.
