This baby blue flowering perennial grows to 3 feet and prefers dry unpampered soil. Roots can be dug in the fall of the first year, dried and roasted for a delicious coffee alternative. Plant in full sun to part shade and space 1 for apart.

Perennial in zones 3-8. Comes in 2.5 inch pot
