ST. JOHN'S WORT- HYPERICUM PERFORATUM

This popular medicinal is very easy to grow and adds a nice dose of happiness to the garden. St. John’s Wort is renowned for it’s affect on certain types of depression and it’s flowers infused in oil make a wonderful remedy for nerve pain and muscle spasms. This is a low growing perennial that should be spaced 18” apart. Regular pruning can help to keep it contained, but it is a spreader, so if you’re concerned about it going everywhere then give it boundaries. Makes a fine potted plant.
